What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect what you enter: your name, email or phone, preferred contact method, service interest, preferred times, and any message. If you choose to, we also save your Motion Plan questionnaire answers and AI roadmap with your request.

Your Motion Plan (AI)

Your questionnaire answers are sent to an AI model through Lovable AI to generate your starting roadmap. The roadmap is shown to you first. Your answers and roadmap are only saved and shared with Johnny if you check the separate box to send them.

Optional photos

• Photos are always optional and require your explicit consent before processing.
• Before sending, your browser resizes the photo and re-encodes it, which removes location and other metadata.
• The photo is sent in the request to the AI model to help write your plan. It is only saved if you check the separate box to share it with Johnny when sending your plan — then it’s stored in private storage with no public link, visible only to Johnny through his protected owner dashboard. If you don’t share it, no copy is kept after the request finishes.
• The AI provider may temporarily retain request data under its own policies; we can’t promise instant deletion on their side.
• The AI is instructed not to estimate body fat, weight, BMI, health conditions, or injuries from photos, and not to identify people.
• Photos and assessment answers are never included in analytics, advertising pixels, application logs, or notification emails.

Who can see your information

Only Johnny, through a protected owner dashboard, can view inquiries you submit. Other visitors can never access them.

Abuse prevention

To limit misuse and costs, we keep a short-lived, one-way hashed identifier of the requesting network with a timestamp to enforce daily limits. It cannot be used to identify you.

Deleting your information

To ask for your inquiry or roadmap to be deleted, email johnnydelgado754@gmail.com or call 239-738-0045.

Age

The AI planning tool is for adults 18 and older. Parents or guardians may contact Johnny directly about younger athletes.
